- Your Kiln, Bricks, WordPress and PHP versions. Plugins lists Kiln’s, Appearance > Themes lists Bricks’, and Tools > Site Health shows WordPress and PHP.
- The module, and what you did, step by step.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot or a short screen recording, if you can.
Before you write
- Each module’s page lists its settings and its limits. Find yours in all modules.
- Compatibility covers versions, the modules that need WooCommerce or a multilingual plugin, and page caches.
- Already in Bricks shows where Bricks answers a request Kiln leaves out.
